Peabody On the Road Rocks and Minerals KitIs there really a difference between rocks and minerals?

Do I really put a mineral on my food to make it taste better or on my toothbrush to make my teeth brighter?

Peabody’s new On the Road Rocks and Minerals kit will answer these questions and many, many more. This exciting new collection is full of rock and mineral specimens to examine and hands-on activities that will surprise you and open up a whole new world that has been right under your feet all the time!

See and touch:

  • Fluorescent materials
  • Crystals of many colors and shapes
  • Learn about everyday uses of rocks and minerals
