From October 11 to 17—Earth Science Week 2009—people all over the United States and beyond will be exploring the many fascinating topics within the earth sciences. This year’s theme, "Understanding Climate," aims to promote scientific understanding of a timely, vital topic: Earth’s climate. Kids will discover the joy of breaking open a geode to unlock a miniature treasure chest of crystals no one has ever seen. Join us for games and craft activities for the whole family.
